Inspired by the contemporaneous harmony that’s created combination of old and new elements, this 1300 sq. ft. private residence underwent a complete renovation incorporating existing design features while opening up this conventional apartment into a modern home design concept. Cool color tones, modern furniture, and smart lighting create a space that is engaging and tranquil. The scope of work included a change of interior design style to contemporary, revision of floor plan layout, complete redesign of interior components, including kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and closet systems.
